We held several forums for local candidates and discussed the pros & cons for the state propositions and the local ballot measures on the Nov. 5 ballot. If you missed them, you can watch the videos in English and Spanish.  Here is information on the forums we held this fall and links to the recordings.

See below for the a list of the Candidate Forums and the Pros and Cons Forum we held this fall and links to the recordings of these Forums in both English and Spanish:

1. Monday, September 30th 6:00 pm - Santa Barbara City Council Race 

Note: The first part of this Forum was for the two candidates running for the seat in the City Council's District 2.

Note: The second part of the Forum was for the candidates running for the seats in the City Council's Districts 1 and 3.

2.  Thursday, Oct. 3rd, 6:00 pm - State Assembly Race, District 37

3. Wednesday, Oct. 9th 5:00 pm  - Pros and Cons Forum

 

4.  Thursday, Oct. 10th, 6:00 pm - Goleta City Council and Mayor's Race

5. Oct. 16th, 7:00 pm - Carpinteria City Council Race

Unfortunately, this Forum had to be cancelled because both candidates were not available to attend and it could not be rescheduled.  For more information about the candidates, go to VOTE411.org
